1. Eligibility
For eligible influencers/content creators, beauty parlour or salon owners, and beauty shop/retail owners. Humor Luxury may request identity, contact, business and other reasonable verification documents. Applicants must provide accurate information and keep contact and payout details up to date.
2. Registration and ₹9 fee
Applicants must sign in or create an account, complete the application, upload requested proof and pay the ₹9 registration fee through the available payment flow. A form submission or payment does not guarantee approval.
The fee is proposed as non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules, or where Humor Luxury confirms a duplicate or failed payment. A rejected application is not automatically eligible for a refund unless required by law or expressly approved by Humor Luxury.
3. Verification, User ID and coupon code
Humor Luxury may approve, reject or request more information. After approval, the system issues a unique alphanumeric partner User ID and coupon code. Codes are not sequential. The coupon has no fixed expiry while the partner remains approved and the code remains active. Humor Luxury may suspend or deactivate codes for fraud, misuse, inaccurate documents, policy breaches or legal requirements. Codes may not be sold, transferred or used for the partner's own purchases.
4. Customer discount
Eligible customers using an active partner coupon receive a 10% discount on eligible product value. Shipping and excluded charges may not qualify. Other promotions, bundles and discounts may affect the final amount; checkout is authoritative. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. Self-referrals, abusive, duplicate or fraudulent coupon use may be rejected.
5. How coins are earned
Coins are credited only for eligible orders successfully paid, verified and recorded. The base reward is 25% of the actual eligible product amount paid after partner and applicable product discounts. Shipping is excluded. The final order ledger determines the eligible amount. 1 coin represents ₹1 reward value, but coins are not a bank deposit or guaranteed income.
6. Reward tiers and 30-day qualification
Every partner starts at the Basic tier with a 25% reward rate. To qualify for an upgrade, the partner must earn eligible coins within a single 30-day qualification period: 1,000 coins in 30 days qualifies for the Basic 25% tier; 3,000 coins unlocks 27%; and 5,000 coins unlocks 30%. If the partner does not reach the next target within the 30-day period, they remain at their current tier. Once a tier upgrade is earned, it is permanent and the partner will not move down to a lower tier. The 30-day qualification counter is used only to determine eligibility for an upgrade; it does not reset or replace lifetime coins earned, wallet balance or transaction history. Higher reward rates apply to future eligible orders only and are not retroactive. Refunds and reversals remain subject to the adjustment rules below.
7. Refunds and adjustments
If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or found ineligible, associated coins may be reversed. If available balance is insufficient, the account may show an adjustment or future rewards may be offset, subject to applicable law and programme rules. Credits, debits, reversals and manual adjustments should show a date, reason and order or payout reference.
8. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are available only when available balance is at least ₹1,000 and cannot exceed available balance. Requests may be held for verification, suspected fraud, incomplete bank details or unresolved returns. After complete bank/KYC details and internal approval, payouts are normally processed within 5–7 business days. This is a processing estimate, not a guarantee of bank settlement time. The partner is responsible for correct bank details.
9. Partner responsibilities
Partners must describe products honestly, follow advertising/disclosure rules, avoid false health or product claims, protect customer privacy and comply with applicable law. Spam, fake orders, self-referrals, coupon manipulation, impersonation and attempts to exploit checkout or rewards are prohibited. Earnings are not guaranteed.
10. Admin rights and account status
Humor Luxury retains programme administration rights, including verification, approval/rejection, code activation/deactivation, transaction review, error correction, fraud investigations, withdrawal approval and suspension/termination for policy breaches or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the website or reasonable notice. Mandatory legal rights are not overridden.
11. Privacy and taxes
Application and payout information will be used for verification, programme administration, payments, fraud prevention, support and legal compliance under the applicable privacy notice. Access to identity documents and bank details should be restricted to authorised personnel. Partners are responsible for tax filings as required by law. Humor Luxury may make legally required reports or deductions.
12. Acceptance and support
By applying, the vendor confirms they have read and understood the terms and provided accurate information. The website should record the accepted terms version and timestamp. Before public launch, add the official legal entity details, support and grievance contacts, effective date, and governing-law/jurisdiction wording after legal review.
